- Each of the conditions of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.
- If a dispute, controversy, or claim arises out of or relates to these Terms or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the Parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation, or a similar dispute resolution service. If the Parties are unsuccessful at resolving the dispute through mediation, the Parties agree to arbitration, or a similar dispute resolution service and the arbitral tribunal will be presided by a sole arbitrator that will be appointed by us. Judgment on the Award may be entered in the Free Zone Court.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its choice of law provisions.
