Goslings Black Rum is a dark, rich rum with a smooth, full-bodied flavor. It is made from a blend of Jamaican pot and column still rums, and aged for a minimum of three years in charred oak barrels. The result is a rum with a deep amber color, and aromas of molasses, spice, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, with flavors of caramel, vanilla, and nutmeg. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smokiness. Goslings Black Rum is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a classic rum cocktail such as a Dark ‘n’ Stormy.
