Fundador Exclusivo Brandy is a premium Spanish brandy produced in the Jerez region of Andalusia. It is made from a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, which are grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of the region. The brandy is aged for a minimum of 10 years in American oak casks, which gives it a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile. On the nose, Fundador Exclusivo Brandy has aromas of dried fruit, nuts, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and well-rounded, with flavors of caramel, vanilla, and oak. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of sweetness. Fundador Exclusivo Brandy is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and it can also be used in cocktails.
