Domaine Hatzimichalis Alfega Lefkos is a dry white wine made from the indigenous Assyrtiko grape variety, grown in the volcanic soils of Santorini, Greece. The wine has a pale yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a balanced acidity and a medium body. Flavors of citrus, green apple, and mineral notes dominate the palate, leading to a lingering finish.
