Cloudy Bay Te Wahi is a Sauvignon Blanc from the renowned Cloudy Bay winery in New Zealand’s Marlborough region. It is a vibrant and expressive wine with a pale straw color. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and lime, along with hints of tropical fruits like passion fruit and pineapple. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a lively acidity that balances the ripe fruit flavors. It has a medium body and a lingering finish with subtle mineral notes. Te Wahi is best served chilled, around 45-50°F (7-10°C), and pairs well with seafood dishes, salads, and light summer fare.
