Clase Azul Mezcal Durango is a handcrafted mezcal made from 100% Espadín agave grown in the high desert of Durango, Mexico. The agave is roasted in traditional earthen ovens and then crushed by a tahona wheel. The resulting juice is fermented in wooden vats and then double distilled in copper stills. Clase Azul Mezcal Durango has a smooth, smoky flavor with hints of citrus and spice. It is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
