The Cesari Mara Ripasso Valpolicella is a full-bodied, complex red wine from the Veneto region of Italy. It is made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, which are partially dried before fermentation. This process, known as “ripasso,” gives the wine its characteristic concentration and richness.
