Cellini Cru Grappa is a premium Italian grappa made from the pomace of Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Barolo region of Piedmont. It is distilled in small batches using a traditional copper still and aged for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels. The resulting grappa has a deep amber color with aromas of dried fruit, spice, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, with flavors of ripe fruit, vanilla, and a hint of smokiness. The finish is long and lingering, with a touch of bitterness. Cellini Cru Grappa is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and it can also be used in cocktails.
