It is made from 100% Islay barley and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The result is a whisky with a complex and flavorful profile, with notes of honey, citrus, and spice. It has a golden amber color and a smooth, well-balanced finish. Bunnahabhain Eirigh Na Greine is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
