KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is a unique and flavorful gin that is made with Japanese botanicals. It has a smooth, well-balanced taste with notes of juniper, citrus, and spice. The gin is made with a blend of 11 botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel, sansho pepper, gyokuro tea, bamboo leaves, hinoki wood chips, and yuzu peel. These botanicals are steeped in a base spirit made from rice for several hours, and then distilled in a copper pot still. The resulting gin has a clear color and a slightly oily texture. It has a complex aroma with notes of juniper, citrus, spice, and floral. The taste is smooth and well-balanced, with a long, lingering finish.
