Higher Castle Gin is a premium gin distilled in the heart of the Black Forest, Germany. It is made with a blend of 10 botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, and lemon peel. The gin is distilled in a traditional copper pot still and then aged for three months in oak barrels. This aging process gives the gin a smooth, mellow flavor with a hint of oak. Higher Castle Gin is bottled at 45% ABV and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
