Chateau Clarke

Château Clarke is a Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel estate located in the Listrac-Médoc appellation of Bordeaux, France. The estate’s vineyards are planted on a mix of gravel and clay soils, and the wines are typically a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The 2018 Château Clarke is a deep garnet color with aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with flavors of ripe black fruit, chocolate, and tobacco. The tannins are firm but ripe, and the finish is long and lingering. This wine is best served with grilled red meat, lamb, or poultry.
